2^ndAnnual General Meeting Held on 13^thMarch, 2022 on Google Meet @ 2:00 P.M

As per the Notice sent on 18/02/2022, the 2nd ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING of the ASSOCIATION was held on Sunday 13th March 2022 at 2:00PM VIRTUALLY.

The Meeting Started at 2:15 PM after 27 members Joined through Google Link. Total Members present during meet was 35.

SRI DILIPJI JAIN - Vice President commenced the A.G.M. with the permission of Chair and Invited Sri Vinodji Chowhan for Mangalacharan. SRI VINODJI CHOWHAN recited the Mangalacharan.

SRI OKCHANDJI BOHRA ( I.P.P. ) welcomed all the Members. He thanked everyone for the opportunity given to him to serve K.I.A. He welcome All New Managing Committee Members asked them to work Unitedly for the Betterment of K.I.A.

SRI RAMESHJI JAIN - President Introduced New Managing Committee Members and Briefed about the Future Plan. He Thanked all committee members for showing faith on him and electing him as a PRESIDENT.

SRI PRAKASHJI JAIN – Secretary ( I.P.S.) highlighted the work done by K.I.A. i.e. Distribution of Sanitised Pedal Stand during Corona pandemic, , Meeting with our Governor , Meeting with SRI TEJASVI SURYA, Presenting Sanitised Pedal Stand to Bangalore Police Commissioner SRI KAMALJI PANT, Submitting Memorandum to Government organization for betterment of our Industry etc. He stressed on Adding New Members to K.I.A. and requested each Member to atleast add ONE member to our Association.

SRI OMPRAKASHJI HEDA – Secretary thanked all the members for giving him a chance to serve KIA as a Secretary. He highlighted the importance of creating Posts like:

Jt. Secretary ( Media ) represented by SRI ASHVINJI SEMLANI who has very good contacts with Government officials, Media and very good in organizing Events.
Jt Secretary ( Legal ), represented by SRI MAHAVEERJI MEHTA who has good knowledge of Legal and he is very good in conveying
Jt Treasurer ( Funding ). Represented by SRI RAJESHJI CHOPRA. His main work will be to follow up and increase Funds.

Also he mentioned that as per our Bylaws - Any Innerwear Manufacturer can be a Member of KIA. We need to increase the number members by adding more of Innerwear manufacturer.

He highlighted on the following upcoming events of K.I.A.:

K.I.A. Diary cum Directory : This will contain the Address of All KIA Members as well as KIA Retailers. We have received good response from MEMBERS towards Branding advertisement. This will bridge the gap between Manufacturer, Distributors and Retailers.
The Fair with nearly 50- 60 Stalls is Planned during June – July. The expected expenses for the same will be collected by inviting all Innerwear Brands for Participants as well as by Brand advertisements.
LEGAL : We have worked on this and will try to help our members in resolving their issues with third Party.

He also said that management has decided to collect RENEWAL FEE OF RS. 1000.00 From April 2022 onwards for the year 2022 – 2023 and requested all members to transfer the same using QR code / Bank Transfer / Cheque.

SRI ASHWINJI SEMLANI – Treasurer ( I.P.T. ) presented the Financial Statement for the year 2020-2021 on the screen and proposed members to adopt the same. It was adopted with permission of House.

SRI AMITJI JAIN – Treasurer Proposed to Appoint MR UMESH JAIN as our Auditor for the year 2022-2023 and the same was approved by the House.

SRI DILIPJI JAIN – Vice President requested members to come forward to serve the association. He mentioned that for Managing committee, only 17 members filed the nomination form. He also requested members to keep posting references for the Enquiries posted in the group. It is observed that only few members are posting the References. This platform should be utilized by the members in both ways. Ask For reference and also send your views about the Retailers.

SRI MAHAVEERJI MEHTA – Jt. Secretary ( Legal ) Requested all members to ADD at least One Member to K.I.A. So that KIA MEMBERS list can touch 150 Numbers. More the Members, easy to resolve any Conflicts with Retailer as well as we get more references.

SRI RAJESHJI CHOPRA - Jt. Treasurer ( Funding ) thanked each and every members for joining AGM. Total of 35 members were present during the Meet.

SRI ABHINANDAN JAIN of Yash Distributor asked whether we can start adding up the Retailers from Outside Bangalore and it was decided that we will register Retailer from all over Karnataka as well as we will Try to Increase Number of KIA MEMBERS from outside Bangalore also.
